WP5305- Seal of Bloomington School District, Dark Stained Cedar with Aluminum Cladding
This Bloomington School District plaque is carved in 2.5-D relief from Western Red Cedar. After carving, it is sandblasted and hand sanded and stained one or more times to get the specified color, which can range from light to very dark, depending upon which of the 24 Minwax color stains is used. After epoxying the cut-out aluminum text, artwork and border onto raised areas on the plaque, it is clear-coated twice with Matthews clear polyurethane acrylic .
