WP5240 - California Fire Incident Management Department Plaque, 2.5-D Stained Cedar
.This Fire Department plaque is carved in multi-layer 2.5-D relief from Western Red Cedar. After carving the wood in three separate layers, it is hand sanded and stained one or more times to get the specified colors, which can range from light to very dark, depending upon which of the 24 Minwax color stains is used, or its natural wood color (no stain), as shown in this photo.. After painting the text with 1-Shot sign enamels, the plaque is clear-coated twice with Matthews clear polyurethane acrylic .
