This plaque of the seal of the US District Court, Southern District of West Virginia, is carved in 3-D bas-relief. It is plated with a thin veneer of aluminum metal with high areas polished, and a long-lasting sign enamel is hand-rubbed into to the background. It is then clear-coated twice.
