MD4040 - 3-D Plaque of the Seal of the Unified Court System, State of New York
This plaque of the Seal of the Unified Court System, State of New York, is carved in 3-D bas-relief. It is plated with a thin veneer of aluminum metal with high areas polished, and long-lasting black sign enamel is applied to the background and text.. It is then clear-coated twice.
