MD4037 - Large 3-D Plaque of the Seal of the State of Maryland
This very large plaque of the Seal of the State of Maryland is carved in 3-D bas-relief. It is plated with aluminum metal with high areas polished, and a darker patina is applied to the background. It is then clear-coated twice.
