MA1127 - Plaque of the Seal of the United States District Court, Mariana Islands, 3-D bas Relief with Dark Patina Background
This plaque of the seal of the United States District Court, Mariana Islands, is carved in 3-D bas-relief. It is plated with bronze metal with high areas polished, and a darker patina is applied to the background. It is then clear-coated twice.
