MA1024 - 3-D Plaque of the Seal of the Department of Veteran's Affairs
This plaque of the seal of the Department of Veteran's Affairs is carved in 3-D bas-relief. It is plated with bronze metal with high areas polished, and a darker patina is applied to the background. It is then clear-coated twice.
