Large Chain-of-Command Photo Board for the USS Blue Ridge (LLC 19) Food and Hotel Services Division
This large Chain-of-Command photo board for the USS Blue Ridge (LLC 19) Food and Hotel Services Division is carved from High-Density-Urethane (HDU). After carving, it is painted with an airbrush to appear like wood grain. The officers have photos inserted into slide-in wood picture frames with clear acrylic covers, which can easily be changed-out. The officer positions are engraved on slide-in plates under the photo frames. The title at the top and other text is carved in raised relief. This plaque is clear-coated twice, and can be place outside or inside. Plaques of this type are all custom designed and made with sizes ranging from 48 inches to 120 inches wide, depending on the number and sizes of photos, nameplates, and crests.
