Chain-of-Command and Duty Status Board for the US Coast Guard Cutter Healy, WGB-20
This Chain-of-Command and Duty Status Board for the US Coast Guard Cutter Healy, WGB-20 is carved from African Mahogany wood. After carving, it is hand sanded and stained to get the required color. The officer and crew names are engraved on brass plates which slide into the brass holders shown in the photo, so they can easily be changed out. The plates slide over red or green status tabs, red or green. The three insignia / emblems (DHS, USCG, and shops crest) are carved in 2.5-D multi-level relief from High-Density-Urethane (HDU) and mounted on the plaque.
