This is a custom chain-of-command board for a Coast Guard Motor Lifeboat Station in Winchester Bay, Oregon. This command board is made of stained Redwood, with raised and engraved painted black text which gives a description of the Station's history, a carved emblem and unit crest , hooks for replaceable name tags. The plaque is clear-coated twice. It is suitable for both inside and outside locations.
