Chain-of-Command Photo Board for the 345th Force Support Squadron, US Air Force
This large Chain-of-Command photo board for the 345th Force Support Squadron, US Air Force, is carved from California Redwood. After carving, it is hand sanded and stained to get the required color. The officers have photos inserted into slide-in wood picture frames with acrylic covers, which can easily be changed-out. The officer and crew position names are engraved in the wood. The unit name at the top is carved in raised relief .The three unit crests and US flag are carved in 2.5-D raised relief and artist-brush painted using long-lasting sign enamels.
