This shield plaque for the US Coast Guard Pacific District 11 (PAC/D11) Command Center in Alameda, California is carved from California Redwood with an engraved title. It lists winners of the "Watch Stander of the Quarter". Each name and rank is engraved on a brass plate and installed on the plaque. This plaque is clear-coated twice .
