This is a carved Mahogany wood plaque with a list of Unit Awards for Naval Reserve Center, Pearl Harbor. The brass name plates of unit winners are engraved with their name . Their NRC crest at the top of the plaque is carved in 2.5-D multi-level relief and artist-brush painted. The wood board is clear-coated twice.
