This is a view of a custom carved photo board for the Outstanding Airmen of the 23rd Special Operations Weather Squadron. US Air Force Each Quarter and Year an outstanding Airman is selected in each of 7 categories. The board is made of vertical plank Redwood. The text is raised and the two unit crests and command shield crest are carved in 2.5-D multi-level raised relief. The photos, which have the airmen's names printed on them, can be changed out by sliding an existing photo out and a new one in .
