This award Photo Board for the SECO's Finest, Navy Patrolman of the Month is carved from African Mahogany. After carving, it is stained to get the required color. The Patrolman awardees have photos inserted into slide-in wood picture frames with glass covers, which can easily be changed-out. The SECO badge and crest is carved in 3-D bas-relief, and artist-brush painted using long-lasting sign enamels.The plaque is clear-coated twice.
