You can send us your image files from work or home. These can be in JPEG, PNG, GIF,  PDF, AI or EPS formats. We prefer vector files such as AI, EPS or extended PDF with vector graphics  rather than raster files such as JPEG, PNG or GIF, because we  have to trace the latter to make vector files which we use to carve the plaques with our CNC routers. However, we can work with raster images.
